The act of closing the eyes and truly taking space to absorb/see/feel/realize the higher awareness/perspectives we have just taken in, this Conscious action allows the Codes/Information/Remembering/Transmission to be received into our Higher Heart, then further Activating/Expanding within as we work it all into our daily life/choices/actions.
The Choice to Integrate is the KEY to Conscious Inner Growth and Expansion.
When we are not taking the time to Integrate, the codes/information/remembering start to bunch up inside and we start feeling full/confused/out of alignment until we make space to receive it all in some sort of Conscious Inward/sacred time/process.
The BIG SHIFTS come from taking space to close our eyes and Integrate, if we aren’t choosing to take action it’s just sitting there going nowhere and bunching up, waiting to be activated, this is why it can start to feel uncomfortable when not paying attention to our energy.
