Where are you focusing your energy…?
Are you playing in old ways/programs/beliefs getting lost/confused/upset/triggered missing the constant/consistent/endless Opportunities for Higher Growth/Expansion, or, are you playing in Higher Consciousness which can simply mean looking at/working on ourselves acknowledging what’s coming up. Then instead of getting lost/confused in the triggers you are now allowing yourself to See/Feel/Release/Clear THE TRIGGERS…. Which in itself is an act towards higher consciousness so it Opens the Heart allowing you to see/feel/resolve from a higher perspective.
Acknowledging when we are being contracted is a HUGE piece of our growth as when we can see/feel we are purposefully being contracted we now have the Powerful Opportunity to release/resolve/dissolve our programming/conditioning/lower beliefs/dysfunctional energy from our existence which is the biggest part of our journey/mission as we Awaken/Ascend. Ascending means to Ascend/Rise UP and OUT of the lower beliefs/conditioning/programming reality Remembering we are Higher beings that have forgotten our way.
Contractions are our biggest gift as they push/contract/force up all of this dysfunctional energy to be seen/felt/dealt with. Now our biggest mission is to begin to KNOW/ACKNOWLEDGE/FEEL when we are in /being contracted.
So how do we begin to feel/know that we are in a contracted state…?
Heres a few points that should help guide you to see/feel/know when you are being contracted…
- Feel confused
- Heart closed
- Body feels tight/constricted
- Foggy in the head
- Past experiences/traumas/stories/triggers coming up in your head endlessly
- Not feeling super joyful/happy
- Feeling Blah
- No inspiration flowing
- Feeling sad/alone/upset/mad/angry/rage… (emotions)
- Not feeling connected/aligned
- Feeling heavy/weighted down
- Not Remembering higher consciousness
- Very serious and matter of fact
Basically when we are not feeling AWESOME/EXUBERANT/ENERGIZED/EXPANDED it’s guaranteed we are being contracted. We are either in one or the other, consciousness doesn’t take “time” off as humans do so if we were truly paying attention we would see/feel that we are constantly in one or the other. Remembering at the highest level we are ALL (Humanity) being squeezed/contracted so we can collectively Awaken/Ascend and Take/Build/Create our New Earth lives/World/reality. This ONLY happens as each human decides to acknowledge the process and begins DEALING with all the lower dysfunctional energy/traumas/stories/shame/blame/hurt/conditioning/programming that holds them down in there 3D belief systems structures.
Contractions are the GIFTS being given from our Sun☀️ BLASTING out flares/Ejections/eruptions that get received energetically by our light/energy bodies. Everything is an energetic exchange/return and our individual universe’s are directing the INNER/OUTER eruptions/themes/programs/stories/traumas each of us are experiencing. You will begin to notice as the Sun expels a Flare/Ejection humanity gets heavy, world events explode/ignite and your own inner/outer world begins exploding/imploding in many different ways pushing up all our dysfunctional energy (programming/triggers/traumas) needing to be dealt with in the moment. The more intense it feels the deeper routed the programming is that’s being pushed up, yet if we aren’t recognizing/seeing/feeling we are contracted than we will just be getting CAUGHT UP IN IT ALL, “fuelling the fires” so to speak while missing the Opportunity providing a Choice/Exit Point.
The choice/exit point requires action!!
Look at what your stuck in your head about (story/trauma/trigger/upset..) and you will realize what your stuck in IS THE PROGRAM, now that you SEE the program you are able to start looking at WHY it’s being gifted to you as GROWTH EXPERIENCE to Resolve. Remembering NOTHING comes by “accident” as accidents do not truly exist, everything ALWAYS happening/being called to our field so we can keep growing/expanding/shifting our realities HIGHER as quick or slow as we choose, the slow way means avoiding and it becomes painful until we jump in and stop running from our stuff, looking straight in the FACE/story of what’s coming up .
Now we’ve got to become BIGGER than the “old story/old way” and “push/force”ourselves to actually look at the story/belief/trigger rather than running/pushing away, at this Powerful point of Choice/Action we are now in a position to make some BIG CONSCIOUS CHANGE/SHIFTS/GROWTH.
It’s all about being able to truly face what’s coming up Remembering it’s all from our “PAST” or has already happened meaning it’s OVER/DONE/FINISHED, it’s just energy being held onto. The energy is the STORY/TRAUMA/TRIGGER… we made up/created in the moment the original experience happened which we built a disempowered victim story about because we didn’t have the conscious tools/inner knowing/higher guidance at that time to properly deal/resolve/dissolve/align.
Contractions are literally one of the BIGGEST GIFTS we could possibly receive from our Sun/Universe/Gaia allowing us consistent Opportunities for MASSIVE Growth/Shifts/Expansion, if we can just choose to BREAK THROUGH the old way/choice of running/going small/closing our hearts we can begin breaking down/through all the OLD lower dysfunctional energy and shifting/resolving/dissolving/clearing it all OUT as it comes up.
Observing our energy all day every day (using time to make a point) is the ONLY way to actually see what’s going on, if we aren’t taking the opportunity to check in and asses ourselves regularly than we are missing all the choice points and also missing the opportunity to release what has been repeating endlessly within trying to get our attention so we can finally take action and be FREE of all the things we hide/run from inside.
If we want to make BIG SHIFTS within it requires us to take ACTION…!!!
It all comes down to the choice to WANT TO SEE OURSELVES, Truly CARING what we feel like inside and KNOWING we have the ability to SHIFT it ALL IN THE MOMENT by simply making clearer more conscious choices breaking down the old ways/patterns/beliefs/programs as they come up through OBSERVING OURSELVES.
REMEMBER, it’s a CHOICE to STAY contracted, as soon as you acknowledge you are contracted it will open up allowing action to release it which in turn makes us feel lighter, AVOIDING the contraction or saving it for later is what makes it feel extra HEAVY and drags it all out.
Ps as we are in what’s called Solar Maximum this means that our Sun is extremely active bringing Flares/Ejections/Contractions more regularly, this week alone has been non stop M flares and 2 Massive X Flares…. It all correlates with everything escalating in our inner world and outer world and will only be building/getting stronger from now on. The beauty is that we get Expansions to break up the intensity of the contractions which is lovely to receive/nourish after some deep release/clearings.
