STRONG magnetics/plasma/gamma/photonics… ejecting from Solaris pushing our Collective processes forward in whatever ways each soul journey requires. Doesn’t matter if they say it’s not directed at earth. It’s all much much bigger than this and it affects us no matter if “earth directed” or not.
MASSIVE EXPANSIONS come with BIG contractions ….
Always like a push/pull accordion type of process. Big Expansions/Bliss/Purity/Awesomeness/visions/Heart Blasted WIDE OPEN followed by Big Contractions showing/revealing the dysfunctional energy/density held in the energy body wanting to be consciously resolved/dissolved.
What ever is presenting itself in any moment is showing you what is required to resolve/dissolve/clear/align to achieve the energetic state/embodiment that was seen/felt during the Expansion period. Expansions are showing us many years in advance of our journey so we can REMEMBER what it feels like, we then HOLD this Expanded State as long as we can staying as HIGH VIBE as possible, doing whatever it takes as long as we can anchoring/integrating them into our reality/physical being/light body.
Eventually we will contract again as is normal but our goal is to REMEMBER the FEELING of the Expansion so that eventually when feeling very contracted again we can begin reaching deep within to REMEMBER that AWESOME FEELING OF HOME…
The human now works for “years” through daily chosen inward ACTION to achieve that FREQUENCY/FEELING by resolving/dissolving all the dysfunction/programming/conditioning/manipulation from our reality that IS WHAT BLOCKS us from EMBODYING the Higher Frequency we opened up in our BEAUTIFUL Expanded states.
Push away “time”, the mind will say “oh geez, years of this, that’s just way to long and to much”… The 3D/4D lower mind/ego will ALWAYS do it’s best to make you feel like everything is “to much” which is victim energy which is ego. It knows that humans don’t like spending time on themselves or looking at the deep “wounds”/traumas/distorted realities and beliefs that bind them to a lower 3D/4D unconscious life/reality/experience, it knows how to get you upset and AVOIDING dealing with things that are holding you down energetically blocking you from elevating your consciousness. It’s holding on for dear life now that you are working to shut it down and Take Your Power Back. It’s up to you to say NO to it dragging you through the mud. This becomes a POWERFUL CHOICE in every “moment” of every “day”, saying NO to the mind/old ways patterns/dysfunction/density.
One of our Greatest super powers is the POWER OF CHOICE, the more attention we put towards assessing ourselves/acknowledging our inner/outer state of being, how/where we are functioning from inside ourselves energetically at all times, the more we can make more conscious choices that shift our reality in a conscious way rather than missing/avoiding it all and asking it all to fester within ourselves repeating/magnetizing the experiences over and over and over back into our field until we finally choose to align…. We have a choice point in every single moment and every single experience, the question is are we seeing/feeling the choice points… if not, why..?
It’s important to see/feel why we might be missing the choice points, it all comes back to presence and the choice to Observe ourselves consistently assessing our energy levels, feeling how we feel INSIDE, then acting to shift or hold what we feel. The CHOICE POINT being the point that we have a choice to go low as usual playing in the old ways (victim/ego/avoiding), or choose the HIGH road of WANTING to resolve/dissolve/sift the old OUT of our reality.
We are the masters of our reality, it just takes presence/observation/conscious choice and the willingness to shift HIGHER in EVERY EXPERIENCE to make big change and literally see/feel what we are creating/magnetizing into our energy field for Growth Experiences. With this gift/choice of sight we can then make BIG SHIFTS in our consciousness and daily life, inner/outer reality.
As things get more “squeezy” it feels more intense as it’s meant to, the human gets upset and wants to avoid, yet that’s all just mind programming. When we truly want to know what’s going on we just have to push through the programming (fear/shame/blame/guilt/judgement/avoiding/intensity) Remembering the “Squeezy” feeling is just happening to show us what we hold as dysfunctional energy/stories/identities/old patterns inside. The more we are ok with this and acknowledge it as a part of our daily process without victim energy (happening to us/to hard/don’t wanna do it…) the easier this all gets as part of our daily practice/inner work. It’s not a “chore” it’s actually AWESOME, we are literally clearing many lifetimes of energetic dysfunction all in one lifetime presented as daily life experiences that can seem like they would have nothing to do with any “past life’s”. Yet that’s what this life is, a MASSIVE CLEAN UP/ALIGNMENT/REMEMBERING to bring ourselves back HOME to our immaculate/pure/true Higher Selves.
Everything we are working through is a mix of energetics/“karma” from past lives and this life all mixed up and presented as your daily life experiences. It will make no sense to the ego/mind yet that’s what’s happening. We will talk more on the next zoom about it because it’s SO AWESOME/POWERFUL and helps us REMEMBER from deep within/DNA.

Lifetimes being played out as regular daily events… plus we are releasing this entire lifetime of manipulation/conditioning/programming/trauma/dysfunction we took on/created that blocks us from achieving Higher Consciousness and Ascending which is why we do the deep daily inner work. By doing all this inner work we are RE WRITING our DNA, it’s so POWERFUL…!!!

Well it depends how you look at it all. I recommend looking at it all as a gift to bring ourselves back to our WHOLENESS/TRUTH/PURITY/LOVE/ONENESS which is Quantum Consciousness or what I refer to as HOME..!!
These are truly AMAZING times to be alive in physical form here. We are literally as a collective shifting ourselves and this “world” back to it’s originally intended state through the simple act of REMEMBERING through daily life experiences presenting themselves to UNLOCK the pathway home….🤩
